What does it mean to be in a low vibrations
The first thing we need to know is what these low vibrational states are.
Most people have been conditioned by their parents, teachers, and peers to have certain attitudes and beliefs. Through a lifetime of conditioning, people become slaves to things that are not even their own.
The problem with this sort of conditioning is that it’s not conscious. It’s unconscious, so it’s really hard to notice it and even harder to change it.
Most people blindly follow the ideas they were taught with prejudice, meaning that they never question the source, but were just told it was true. The physiological effects of attachment, identification, poor nutrition, and lack of movement create a low-energy, depressed, anxious & lifeless state.
This is what makes it so difficult for them to change.
Change
Change for your mind
Indulge yourself in some sort of spiritual activity to reverse the negative effects of this type of mental conditioning in your mind.
Practice mindfulness, Meditate, and learn breathwork to gain control over your mind and to understand the deepest nature of human psychology, thoughts & experiences.
Practicing this makes you calm & relaxed and helps in the enhancement of your focus. Now you can direct your focus to the meaningful life you want to create. (We will discuss the art of creation later in part 2 of this series)

Change for your body
It is also equally important to have some sort of physical activity in your day-to-day routine, strength training, cardio, swimming, weightlifting or simply walking helps our body to produce certain enzymes and stimulates the brain’s ability to function properly.
Integrating these practices helps to improve mental clarity and bodily functions which makes you feel mentally sharp and in good health. You will notice a considerable change in how you look and feel.
To maximize your performance, you must take the fundamentals of health into account.
It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle and good habits. As a result of this, you should take certain fundamentals into account. It is essential to get
Quality sleep
Proper hydration for the body
Stress management
Dopamine management
Furthermore, you should ensure that your dopamine levels are balanced by limiting your exposure to screens, porn, or social media.
All of these factors must be taken into account, these are all absolutely crucial.
Practice these for a month or two and you will start experiencing improvement in your health. You will be able to perform better, you feel sharp, and you will feel more energetic.
By getting out from a low vibrational state you are eligible for the rest of the steps to optimize your life energies.
Why does energy comes first
The human body is linked to a biological clock which is referred to as the circadian cycle. This means the energy levels of our body rise and fall throughout the day.
To optimize performance, you need to understand your natural high & low-energy shifts. This may differ from person to person, you need to pay a little attention to your body, your mood, and the rise and fall of energies throughout the day.
Once you understand your natural high and low energy shifts, you need to mold your activities accordingly.
Whether you feel focused in the mornings, or at night. What time of the day are you consistent with your training activities? You need to manage your energy throughout the day. It is important for you to understand your energy levels and work with them accordingly.
How do you create a structure and routine in life
This is the phase where you need to design your lifestyle. Grab a blank sheet of paper and a pen and start structuring your day, let your imagination soar.
Write down all the good habits you want to create and all the bad habits you want to eliminate and how you will make those habits a part of your life. You need clarity to structure your day in alignment with your vision & goals.
Our brain loves familiarity, it can automate our decision-making capabilities according to what we feed our body and mind. Most people get stuck in the loop of negative choices on a daily basis.
I am asking you, Do you have the courage to stand out? You can be the one who makes use of our God-given gift of choices wisely.
“Remember Negativity forces one to stay in a hole, while positivity keeps compounding itself.”
If you are addicted to negativity, it is difficult at the start to make positive choices and even more difficult to see the results at the beginning. But you need to make use of your willpower and start with positive choices.
Trust me when it starts picking momentum & gets rolling you will see a snowball effect of compounding.
You need to be dedicated to the process – that’s it.
Routines
Morning Routine
The most important time of your day is your mornings, That’s the time when you command your subconscious mind about choosing to wake up with purposeful intentions that will improve your day-to-day productivity.
At the start, you don’t need a full-fledged morning routine, all you need is an intention to move forward in the right direction & determine the quality of your day.
Nothing can really prepare you for the morning, but the intention you set at night determines the quality of your day.
Evening Routine
The actions you take and the intentions you feed your mind will reflect how your mornings are going to look.
If you have any intention or plan in mind when going to bed, it will affect how your morning goes. You need to reflect on what happened today and make a decision about how to spend tomorrow so that you can be in control of how your day will end up.
You need to have something purposeful, a reason to wake up and start your day on a positive note.
Tracking and Improving
You need to consider your vision and goals as a project, a project based around your health and wellbeing, your wealth and finances, and your family & relationships.
Go on a morning walk
Indulge yourself in yoga, meditation & mindfulness
Journal
Prepare breakfast
You also need to craft and structure your day for the activities that require your focus and energy.
Workout
Continuously learning new skills
Reading & Writing
Focused work
All these activities on a day-to-day basis require a specific amount of your time and energy, When you are aware of your natural high and low energy levels you can more accurately craft your day-to-day activities accordingly throughout the day.
In my experience, we must use our
morning time for more focused and productive tasks.
Afternoons for physical movement and unfocused tasks.
evening time to learn something new and for relaxation.
Implement all these teachings for a month, Track your mood, diet, work & energy levels and reflect on that. You need to measure and improve continuously.
“Perform actions – track actions – measure data – feedback – improve”
You need to enhance what’s working and replace what’s not working. You need to be honest with yourself, dedicated to the process & a little aware to track and measure your improvements.
Don’t you think this is a more effective way of living and attaining self awareness.
Your comment is precious.
